- ABSOLUTELY! We’re a company that’s “Born Keto”, meaning we were created by ketoers. As keto is all about consuming low-carb, all of our products are inherently low-sugar and low-carb.
- Anyone! Although we're a KETO company, our products are for anyone looking to make better snacking decisions by choosing low-sugar, low-carb, or dairy-free alternatives without the sacrifice!
- All our products are vegan/dairy-free, plant-based, AND made with all-natural dairy alternatives.
- Our chocolates are and will always be gluten-free.
- Although we’re not certified Non-GMO, we only use ORGANIC and NON-GMO ingredients whenever possible!
- Never! Our products are naturally sweetened with high quality Allulose and Monk Fruit Extract.
- We avoid sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners as they can cause digestive issues.
- Our Natural Flavors are a mix of ingredients found naturally such as fruits, plants, and spices. Our Natural Flavors are Non-GMO and do not contain artificial ingredients.
- Net Carbs are computed as: Total Carbs – Dietary Fiber – Allulose = Net Carbs.
- For example, the Net Carbs for our Peppermint Crunch is computed as:
27g Total Carbs - 14g Dietary Fiber - 10g Allulose = 3g Net Carbs
- Shipping is FREE for orders over $100 (after discounts and taxes) so add a few extra chocolates to your bag for extra savings 😋!
- For orders under $100, we ship for a flat rate of $8.99.
- Orders ship every Monday to ensure your chocolate arrives unmelted. Orders placed prior to Monday 8am (PST) will ship the same day and orders placed after 8am (PST) will be processed for shipment on the next available shipment day.
- Once your order has shipped, tracking info is sent via email to the email address on your order. If you need more assistance, please email us at support@ketokrackd.com.
- We ship all orders with UPS 2-Day (guaranteed delivery in 2 days) and USPS Priority (delivery in 1-3 business days).
- Orders may take longer due to internal problems with the carrier, especially now as all carriers are experiencing increased volumes due to COVID-19.
- We ship 365 days of the year! During the warmer months, we include reusable gel packs to ensure your package arrives unmelted at no extra cost to you!
- If you are not satisfied with the condition of your chocolates, please email us at support@ketokrackd.com so we can make things right!
- We currently only ship domestically throughout the United States.
- Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to ship outside of the United States but we are working with distributors to make it happen!
- We currently do not sell in any stores, but we’d love to and we can with your help!
- If your local specialty grocery store does not have us in stock, please let the store manager know that you would like them to stock our products. We can be reached at hello@ketokrackd.com and we will provide the necessary information to the store manager.

- For damaged or melted orders, we offer a full refund and please send an email to support@ketokrackd.com within 10 days of the order delivery for us to provide proper assistance.
* Please note we are not responsible for the products once it has arrived at your location. We also cannot offer refunds for minor or cosmetic damage to the products that do not affect whether the product can be consumed. This include, but not limited to damage to the outer packaging, condensation from ice packs, slightly melted products, and blooming (white appearance).
