- ABSOLUTELY! We’re a company that’s “Born Keto” meaning we are ketoers ourselves. As keto is all about minimizing carb intake, all of our products are crafted to be low-carb and no sugar.
- Anyone! Although we're a KETO company, our products are for anyone looking to make better snacking decisions by choosing healthy snacks that are zero sugar, vegan, keto-friendly, and diabetic-friendly!
- All of our products are vegan/dairy-free, plant-based, AND made with all-natural ingredients. We never use artificial ingredients.
- Our confections are and always will be naturally gluten-free.
- Although we’re not certified Non-GMO, we do our best to use Organic and Non-GMO ingredients only!
- Never! Our products are naturally sweetened with high quality Allulose and Monk Fruit.
- We never use sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners as they can cause digestive issues.
- Our Natural Flavors are a mix of ingredients found naturally such as fruits, plants, and spices. Our Natural Flavors are Non-GMO and do not contain artificial ingredients.
- Net Carbs are computed as: Total Carbs – Allulose – Dietary Fiber = Net Carbs.
- For example, the Net Carbs for our Aloha Caramel is computed as:
8g Total Carbs - 5g Allulose - 2g Dietary Fiber = 1g Net Carbs.
- Shipping is FREE for orders over $70 (after discounts and taxes) so add a few extra confections to your cart for extra savings 😋!
- For orders under $70, we ship for a flat rate of $8.99.
- Orders ship every Monday and Tuesday to ensure your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition. Orders placed prior to Monday 8am (PST) will ship the same day and orders placed after Tuesday 8am (PST) will be processed for shipment on the next available shipment day.
- Once your order has shipped, tracking info is sent via email to the email address on your order. If you need more assistance, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
- We ship all orders with USPS Priority (delivery in 1-3 business days) and UPS .
- Orders may take longer due to internal problems with the carrier, especially now as all carriers are experiencing increased volumes due to COVID-19.
- We ship 365 days of the year! During the warmer months, we include gel packs to ensure your package arrives in the best possible condition at no extra cost to you!

- We currently only ship domestically throughout the United States.
- Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at the moment but we're working with distributors to make it happen!
- We're currently in select stores throughout Los Angeles, Austin, New York, and Hawaii!
- If your local specialty grocery store or cafe does not have us in stock, please let the store manager know that you would like them to stock our products. We can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide the necessary information to the store manager.

- We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy meaning if you're not satisfied with your order, we're not satisfied either and will offer you a full refund. Please include your order number, reason for refund request, and we'll get back to you within the next 7 business days.
- For orders that are damaged or melted upon arrival, we offer a full refund and please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of the order delivery. Please include your order number and we'll get back to you within the next 7 business days.
* Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the products once it is delivered. We also cannot offer refunds for minor or cosmetic damage to the products that do not affect whether the product can be consumed. This includes issues such as damage to the outer packaging, condensation from ice packs, slightly melted products, and blooming (white appearance).
