Shipping
Do you offer free shiping? What are your shipping rates?
- Shipping is FREE for orders over $70 (after discounts and taxes) so add a few extra confections to your cart for extra savings 😋!
- For orders under $70, we ship for a flat rate of $9.99.
When will my order ship? How do I track it?
- Orders ship every Monday and Wednesday to ensure your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition. Orders placed prior to Monday 8am (PST) will ship the same day and orders placed after Wednesday 8am (PST) will be processed for shipment on the next available shipment day.
- Once your order has shipped, tracking info is sent via email to the email address on your order. If you need more assistance, feel free to email us at hello@krackdsancks.com!
When will my order arrive?
- We ship all orders with USPS Priority (delivery in 1-3 business days) and UPS.
- Orders may take longer due to internal problems with the carrier, especially now as all carriers are experiencing increased volumes. Especially with USPS orders, orders may be marked as "Delivered" when it has not. It may take an additional day or two before it is actually delivered.
What about shipping during warm weather?
- We ship 365 days of the year! During the warmer months, we include gel packs in certain locations to ensure your package arrives in the best possible condition at no extra cost to you!
- If you're not satisfied with the quality of your confections, please email us at hello@krackdsancks.com! so we can make things right!
Do you ship internationally?
- We currently only ship domestically throughout the United States (includes Hawaii).
- Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at the moment but we're working with distributors to make it happen!

Are your products KETO-friendly and LOW-CARB?
- ABSOLUTELY! We’re a company that’s “Born Keto” meaning we are ketoers ourselves. As keto is all about minimizing carb intake, all of our products are crafted to be low-carb and low sugar.
Who can enjoy KRACK'D SNACKS?
- Anyone! Although we're a KETO company, our products are for anyone looking to make better snacking decisions by choosing healthy snacks that are low sugar, keto-friendly, and diabetic-friendly!
Are your products Vegan and Natural?
- Most of our products are vegan/dairy-free, plant-based, AND made with all-natural ingredients. The only items that typically aren't vegan/dairy-free are any white chocolate variations of our PB Caramel Crunch or Aloha Caramel or baked goods. We never use artificial ingredients.
Are your products Gluten Free?
- All of our confections and baked goods are and always will be naturally gluten-free.
Do your products contain GMOs?
- Although we’re not certified Non-GMO, we do our best to use Organic and Non-GMO ingredients only!

Do you use Sugar Alcohols or Artificial Sweeteners?
- Our products are naturally sweetened with high quality Allulose and Monk Fruit. Any of our confections with white chocolate do contain small amounts of Erythritol, which is a sugar alcohol.
- We never use artificial sweeteners!
What are your Natural Flavors?
- Our Natural Flavors are a mix of ingredients found naturally such as fruits, plants, and spices. Our Natural Flavors are Non-GMO and do not contain artificial ingredients.
What are Net Carbs?
- Net Carbs are computed as: Total Carbs – Allulose – Dietary Fiber = Net Carbs.
- For example, the Net Carbs for our Aloha Caramel is computed as:
15g Total Carbs - 10g Allulose - 3g Dietary Fiber = 2g Net Carbs.

Where can I find your products in stores?
- We're currently in select stores across the United States and you can find a list on our "Find Us" page!
- If your local specialty grocery store or cafe does not have us in stock, please let the store manager know that you would like them to stock our products. We can be reached at hello@krackdsnacks.com and we will provide the necessary information to the store manager.

What is your Return Policy?
- We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy meaning if you're not satisfied with your order, we're not satisfied either and will offer you a full refund. Please contact us at hello@krackdsnacks.com within 7 days of product delivery to coordinate your refund. Please include your order number, reason for refund request, and we'll get back to you within the next 7 business days.
- For orders that are damaged or melted upon arrival, please email us at hello@krackdsnacks.com within 7 days of the order delivery with your order number, photo of the chocolate, and requesting a refund or a replacement shipment.
* Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the products once it is delivered. We also cannot offer refunds for minor or cosmetic damage to the products that do not affect whether the product can be consumed. This includes issues such as damage to the outer packaging, condensation from ice packs, slightly melted products, and blooming (white appearance).
